You will find three categories: Better,More and Faster. Click and enter the first category: Better. You will find a story menu with a list of stories to choose from for your exercise. Choose one then click. Click read story and then concentrate on reading. After finish reading

In the second category, More, you will find a big list of vocabulary.Choose one that interests you most and start doing the exercises.
